Who is responsible

What data
- Contact form: your name, email address and your message. These reach me as an email, and I use them only to answer your question. The website itself does not store the message.
- Contact by phone or WhatsApp: your name, phone number and whatever you tell me. I use this only to answer your question, including if you are interested in a puppy. The website itself stores none of this.
- Buying a puppy: I keep the details that belong with the purchase contract for as long as the law requires.
I never sell your data or share it with others for advertising.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Only your preference for light or dark mode is remembered in your own browser. This does not require your consent.
If visitor statistics are switched on, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies, builds no profiles and does not store IP addresses.
The contact form is protected against spam bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. It looks at technical details of your browser and connection to tell people from bots, sets no tracking cookies and is not used for advertising.
Processors
The website runs on Cloudflare (hosting) and Supabase (photos and the site’s content, servers in the EU). Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by Resend (email). Data processing agreements are in place with each of these parties.
Your rights
You may view your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. Get in touch via info@bulldogsofthenorth.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
